at Pump Station 1 under Alyeska Pipeline Services.

S120 PS01 Electrification & Automation (E&A) (+35 Mil Cost) (+2Mil CO’s) Project will remove equipment from “caretaker” status
& complete all interconnection work associated with PS01 partially installed Automation & Electrification equipment. Site work
beginning in 2011, extending through 2015, in preparation for a planned 2015 commissioning & startup of the new E & A systems
W/Y028 PS01 Crude Piping Replacement (+44Mil Cost) (+9Mil CO’s) will replace the current below ground piping with an above
ground or inspectable pipe configuration, utilizing concrete utilidors for piping that must be located below grade. The design
includes consideration of current and future flow rates and velocities in the piping systems to mitigate sediment and water drop out.
Additional design considerations were implemented to prevent vapor separation within low pressure piping systems, and to allow
system isolation for maintenance.
W/Y046 PS01 Electrification Tee Replacement (+3Mil Cost) (+200K CO’s) W/Y046 is designed to remove the piping connections to
and from the Main Pump Building as a connection to the Main Pump Building is no longer needed with the startup of the
Electrification and Automation system.
F894 PS01 Fuel System Modifications (+3.5Mil Cost) (+800K CO’s) Refurbishing an existing Siemens 14.2 MW turbine generator at
PS01. Alyeska Pipelines is also installing a new 5MW RollRoyce (RR) Turbine Generator at PS01. To meet the turbines gas
requirements with a Fuel Gas System for both machines.
F716 PS01 Brine Chiller System Modifications (+200K Cost) (+20K CO’s) The life cycle replacement of the existing soil refrigeration
skid at PS01 (main plant “Frick” skid and Kuparuk “Frick” skid) is required to maintain the soil stability of the station’s permafrost rich
soils.
G014 PS01 Flare Tip Replacement (+500K Cost) (+35K CO’s) Replace all three pilot thermocouples; Replace the burnback
thermocouples; Replace the aircraft beacon light bulbs; Install new incoloy bracket to replace the existing one; Inspect, clean and
unplug as required the assist gas nozzles; and Conduct an inspection of the flare using a Factory Representative to assess condition
of components and suggest future work scope and schedule. Assess and repair therminol piping; Service blower cabinet electronics.

• (SIG) Strategic Initiatives Group provided project controls oversight. I was placed there as the Project Manager and
successfully trained, supervised and mentored Midwest Moving and Storage Moving Managers to understand work
that was not captured in the original contract. Additionally, a system and protocols were built along with training to
write change orders to capture unforeseen expenses. I trained them to a level of efficiency for understanding (schedule
management / schedule impact), and how to produce schedule delay forms that captured moving delays that were
caused by the client enabling the schedule baseline to be adjusted ensuring liquidated damage fees were not accrued
on the project for delays that were out of their control.
